This collection of advice is meant to integrate other guides with (possibly) useful information on tulpa creation, development, and more, that I haven’t found in them, and that I wish I had. For best results, an attitude of self-seeking and curiosity is recommended.

Nice compact guide :3 Thanks to my awesome short attention span (grrr) and school I let my Tulpa creation process on the side for more than a year now (and I feel soooo bad) . So I completely forgot about the not parroting thing ^^' I just dove back head first in the Tulpa process and didn't think about that 😅 I guess I almost made a stupid mistake 😅 I think I'm going to have to "start from scratch" with my Tulpa and try to work her up properly ^^' thanks for that video that's a nice summery 😉 You helped me nicely :3

It's been a bit longer than a week, but I've released the first of my series of more detailed tulpa creation guide videos. The first and in my opinion most important topic is KISS - Keep it Simple, Stupid. This video goes over how new tulpamancers can go off track very easily by trying methods that are less than practical while forgetting the most important fundamentals of making a tulpa. https://youtu.be/70VdjHKCYsc
Avatar
The next video in the series focuses on personality forcing, which I do recommend for most people. I go over some of the tried and true ways to do it here, as well as offer a bit of advice on how best to approach the topic. https://youtu.be/_ra0E7CK5q0
Avatar
This third video provides advice on visualization and forms. Lots of people get hung up on this step, but in reality, it should be a relatively minor part of the process. https://youtu.be/3Glw3_ymKKg

This fourth video explores parroting and several related exercises. Although parroting is a hotly debated topic and often discouraged by guides, I've come to the conclusion that it is not only helpful when used in moderation, but in some cases essential, being a catalyst for success in people who have struggled long-term to create their tulpas. https://youtu.be/Nknbtd5k_08

That's a pretty interesting perspective on parroting. I don't think it's necessary to full on parrot your Tulpa, simply parroting different thoughtforms or writing a story about random story characters can achieve the same effect (edited)

@salad ...BUT those people who claim to have accidental tulpas do not truly have one... [transitions to talking about DID] I'm a little confused... Do you believe all accidental tulpas are really alters? You just finished saying accidental characters formed in role plays or in books are functionally identical to tulpas before that quote, so I'm having trouble understanding what your position is. It is free and still being updated. Also they are still working on it, including a filter for adult themes, and a multiplayer mode. Which will hopefully let all of us play at once in the same world instance. So perhaps keep tabs on it's development if you do not like it currently.
