Hi, I'm wonder how do you understand whether meditative state is good enough for communication with tulpa. I can enter deep relaxation, at the point when my body is almost fully numb, but that's it

I think it would help you communicate with your tulpa, but you need to actually talk to them (out loud or in your mind) to get a response If you just meditate without thinking any words to say to them, you likely won't get a response

I see, it's also hard to understand whether it's tulpa talking or just my subconscious (edited)

A good rule of thumb is that unless you did it deliberately, it's either your tulpa or an intrusive thought And if it's not harmful or out of character, it's your tulpa

This. Meditation only helps with concentration, so don’t condition yourself to make it seriously necessary during the first few weeks of narration. It is helpful to meditate on the side, though, so don’t rule it out entirely
